What the bylaws say...

Code of Conduct for all Member Categories

(a) To conduct one's behaviour in a business-like manner, offering respect in a non-threatening and non-intimidatory way.

(b) Abstain from any discriminatory comments.

(c) Agree to disagree in a principled way that does not prevent or hinder the majority vote.

(d) Disclose any conflict of interest or relationship that would bring the member into competition with or is detrimental to Signalise Co-op.

(e) We expect all Worker Members to adhere to their regulatory code of conduct. If there are any additional concerns raised, this will be reviewed by the board.
