What the bylaws say...

> Code of Conduct for all Member Categories
>
> (a) To conduct one's behaviour in a business-like manner, offering respect in a non-threatening and non-intimidatory way.
>
> (b) Abstain from any discriminatory comments.
>
> (c) Agree to disagree in a principled way that does not prevent or hinder the majority vote.
>
> (d) Disclose any conflict of interest or relationship that would bring the member into competition with or is detrimental to Signalise Co-op.
>
> (e) We expect all Worker Members to adhere to their regulatory code of conduct. If there are any additional concerns raised, this will be reviewed by the board.
