We use for our structure and decision-making. Sociocracy is a way of discussing and making decisions so that everyone can have their say.

Circles are groups of people who participate in the running of the Co-op. We have different circles to represent different membership categories (User Member circle, Worker Member circle) and the Board (Purpose circle).

Circles have their own meetings. We can also decide to set up different circles to work on different aspects of the co-op (e.g. CPD circle, Marketing circle). We aim to have double linking to ensure that all groups are aware of what the others discuss.

We do not want anyone to get left behind.
